Aussie Meat Academy - Fine Dining Menu Development

Invited Chefs will be given the opportunity to get their creative juices flowing and develop a new menu concept focused upon the fine dining sector.. Each Chef will receive a specific cut of Aussie Beef or Aussie Lamb with a variety of other ingredients to create a hero dish that showcases the versatility of Aussie Beef & Lamb. Recipes will be published on the Aussie Beef & Lamb website following the event.
