Ingredients

Beef

  • 10 x 180g (2-4 cm thick)scotch
    filletsteaks

Other Ingredients

  • 60mls olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepperto season

  • Herb Salsa

Method

  1. Brush steaks with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Preheat a Barbeque or chargrill to very hot, then reduce heatslightly.
  2. Place steaks on grill and cook steaksfor 3-4 minutes perside or until core temperature is between 58◦C-65◦C for medium or until cooked to yourliking. Transferto a tray, cover loosely with foil to rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve steaks with potatoes,salad and herb salsa.
