Marinated lamb shoulder in garlic teriyaki sauce and honey, pan-fried to perfection and served with a fresh salad for a simple yet delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 600g lamb shoulder, sliced
  • 150g Kikkoman Garlic Teriyaki Sauce
  • 300g Water
  • 50g Honey

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic teriyaki sauce, water, and honey.
  2. Marinate the lamb shoulder in the mixture for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight in the fridge.
  3. Preheat a non-stick pan and fry the lamb shoulder for 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  4. Serve the lamb shoulder with a salad and enjoy with your loved one.
