  • 1Kg Australian Lamb leg, cut into small cubes 8-10g/pc
  • 5g Turmeric powder
  • 5g Cumin powder
  • 5g Fennel powder
  • 5g Coriander powder
  • 1g Chilli powder
  • 100g Lemongrass juice
  • 8g Salt
  • 100g Sugar
  • 50 pcs Bamboo skewer, Soaked in water for 1 hour


  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand for 5 minutes.
  2. Marinate it for at least 6 hours.
  3. Pierce the marinated lamb on to the skewer.
  4. BBQ with either charcoal Stove /oven/gas stove until the satay turns golden brown with some char marks.
  5. Ready to serve with cut cucumber and onion.
